Shipping Policy for Domestic Shipments within India
We offer FREE shipping for orders above or equal to INR 5000 within India.
Shipping time is 48 – 72 hours for ‘Available in Stock’ items and 15 - 20 business days for Make to Order items.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt and make a video at the time of opening package.
All domestic shipments are securely packed and dispatched through specialized insured logistics partners handling fine jewelry and high-value consignments.

Shipping Policy for International Shipments outside India
At Candid Carats, we are committed to delivering your jewelry securely and efficiently across the globe through trusted insured logistics partners specializing in high-value shipments.
A fixed shipping fee of USD 100 is applicable per shipment for all international orders delivered outside India, for orders upto USD 10,000.
International orders are generally delivered within 12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending upon the destination country, customs clearance process, and local courier operations.
However, it may take 15 days time for jewellery manufacturing.
All international shipments are securely packed and dispatched through specialized insured logistics partners handling fine jewelry and high-value consignments.
Shipping Partners: BVC Logistics (Precious Jewellery Carrier), Sequel Logistics (Precious Jewellery Carrier), FEDEX / DHL / IndiaPost.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges as per the regulations of the destination country.
Such charges, if applicable, shall be borne solely by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp for shipment monitoring.

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice.
